Portabuild takes pride in buildings that are robust enough to meet the challenges of use on building sites yet designed for the needs of discerning residential consumers, schools and hospitals.
We’re proud to use New Zealand suppliers for major components. All buildings are clad in New Zealand Coloursteel for durability and performance. Interiors are built using high-density expanded polystyrene panel ensuring insulation year-round in even the most extreme weather.
Electrical and plumbing components are fitted to our standard range and optional extras can be added on demand.
Standard buildings are finished with Titania roof and walls and New Denim Blue joinery. Other colours are available on request.
Standard building sizes range from 1.8 x 1.8 guard house to 8.5 x 4.0 cottages with one bedroom. Other popular sizes include 3.6 x 2.4, 4.8 x 3, 6 x 3, 9 x 3 and 12 x 3.
